Peter Thomson has experience in the hospitality industry spanning two decades, working in hotels, gastro pubs, and fine dining restaurants all over the world including, London, Spain, France and 5 years in Melbourne Australia. Today Peter continues to travel Europe, India and South East Asia, learning traditional flavours and methods fuelled by his passion for fresh home-style cooking with a respect for local, seasonal produce at its best.

Fresh Global Kitchen delivers bespoke catering with consistent high quality, for a happy, well-fed and satisfied crew. We curate menus for your production or special event that are healthy, colourful and freshly prepared, global cuisine, including homemade breads and desserts. One-hundred percent vegan and vegetarian crews are also welcomed. We are more than happy to accommodate any dietary requirements.

Peter is passionate about sourcing nutritional, fresh and seasonal produce and can deliver meals to set or our catering truck can fit seamlessly into your production unit. All Plates, cutlery and cups are disposable, fully recycled and compostable.
